Castor Arms/rods

Hey guys this might sound like a silly question but is a castor rod and a castor arm the same thing?

My mechanic says i need a new castor arm after my R33 hit a kerb. I have got a replacement strut and lower control arm but haven't found anyone with a left castor arm and bracket to fit it to chassis after trying most jap wreckers in perth.

I need to get it back on the road asap and was wondering if could buy adjustable castor rods as seen on the japanese motorsport site as opposed to waiting for a standard part on order from japan

if you have difficulty finding one let me know a few people i know have got 33 cuts they are using in VLs so they will be able to give up parts cheap
