For some reason I find myself removing the rear diff often.

The top two back bolts that go into the diff to hold the attesa pump in place are just a PAIN.

Has anyone mounted the attesa pump to the subframe instead of diff ?

Also thinking about trying a stud on one of them to help locate.

Other idea's ? or tricks ?

You'd be better off putting the ATTESA stuff into the boot. Same same but different, and not as bulky as a fuel cell. The space under the parcel shelf is not what I'd call "useful" boot space most of the time, even if I seem to have a guitar (not mine - child's) sitting there most days lately.

Wanted to reply to this topic. I'm in the somewhat same boat with our Stagea. I'm trying to install a different rear diff. The Stagea/Skyline uses mounts on top of the rear diff for the ATTESA pump. Any way you can relocate the pump? I did find this kit

Well, obviously that kit is not a relocation kit or anything other than just the original isolators and the like.

I would suggest that it should be a matter of just bending up some flat bar to build a mount over the top of some other diff, with the flat bar held to the back of the diff by the rear hat bolts. A little welding, a little thinking about how to secure the front of this structure, maybe some different hoses in case you can't get it in just the right place.
