Hey everyone!

After having all kinds of other jdm cars in the past I finally got my hands on a skyline! Say hello to my 1990 GTST!

Ended up trading a Harley for it which I was trying to sell to fund a skyline, normally things don’t work out that easily lol.

Lots of little odds and ends done to it which I’m still finding. Biggest thing that needed to be done was fix a massive fuel leak which was bad enough that the engine wasn’t starting. Ended up only being a pinched O-Ring and dirty injectors. Swapped a 2nd set in that came with the car and drove it into the garage

Next up will be cleaning up the underside (lots of old rubberized undercoating everywhere) giving it a good coat of POR15 and getting some of the smaller things taken care of

Nice car, you'll enjoy it! I take it from that plate, you're in New Brunswick?

Thanks! I’m actually from Prince Edward Island, the NB plate on the ground was from one of the many old projects around

Welcome to SAU. Looks great. I’ve got a soft spot for Do-Luck body kits on R32s, can’t wait to see it painted!

Thanks! It definitely looks a little better now. Hit it with some bumper paint for the time being, the entire car (minus the carbon fenders) will be getting either resprayed or wrapped at some point but that bumper just stood out too much lol

Nice car! Looks like a good base for "restomod"ification. 👍

My first (and to date only 😔) Skyline was an HCR32 2-door so a big fan of these.

Have you seen the original Do-Luck demo 32? It had this suuuper deep candy brown/gold that looked amazing.

Well I definitely have a new option for a future colour, I’m a big fan of that!

    • So I found a suspend RS260 manual translated to English for those that are keen on the global FaceBook Group - NISSAN STAGEA C34 AUTECH 260RS WORLD WIDE Posted at the top, =D looks useful
    • Sounds like it's f**ked. It's going to have to come off, so you might as well go do it now while the sun's out.
    • There's an online parts catalogue for older Nissan's here: https://partsfan.com/nissan/jp/ It can be changed to English at the top right of the page. Once you register your account you can look up your model (use the frame number, eg: HCR32-0014789 for best results) and then choose the parts as required. If you send me your part number list I could have a go at compiling costs and reply back via personal message if you like? I don't mind doing the leg work. No obligation quoting of course.
    • Yeah , i actually based a few of my choices around Tao's setup. And wanted to see if i could push it that high. I messaged Tao directly and he suggested the screamer makes a big difference. I currently have an external 60mm Turbosmart gate (to allow low boost on p98 if required) And considering that is a lot easier to try than pulling and sending the head away for valvetrain inspection/setup, it would be worth a try.  And, IATs were good, i cant remember numbers, but it started raising the temps a bit over that 25psi mark supposedly. Though running a good intercooler is key.   Also, i made a mistake in my first post, the runs were on a wheel dyno, not a hub dyno as i originally stated (typo) so thats different also...
