Knocking/Tapping sound diagnosis

Hey guys, Had this odd knocking/heavy tapping sound coming from the front right of the engine, sounds like from the power steering pump. increase in frequency as the revs go up so i assume its belt assembly related. Does not happen every time the engine is run, nor does it seem to matter if the engine is running to temp or is cold.

ecu throws code 55

just looking for opinions or if anyone has experienced this before, dont want to dive down a rabbit hole or buy replacement parts for something completely unrelated to the issue.

Make yourself a stethoscope from a piece of garden hose and use it to localise the sound. Stick one end in your ear and poke the other around. Where it is loudest is most likely where it is from.

Sounds just like my RB20 that I eventually found the problem to. Unfortunately had to pull the engine and found that the back of the oil pump cover plate inside the engine had come loose somehow?? Hope that is not your problem.... Before you ask I dont remember what the oil pressure was reading at the time sorry.
