Help!! What is this called!?

Help! Can anyone tell me what this part is called? Mines a rusted mess as you can see in attached photo and I'm struggling to find a replacement for it anywhere because I simply don't know what to search up. It's on my intake manifold and I believe the top radiator hose attaches to it. If anyone also knows where to buy one from that information would be greatly appreciated aswell 😊

I would call it the "manifold coolant outlet" or something like that.  If you know the dimensions you can just get a bit of mild steel (or stainless) pipe that is the correct size, bead roll a hose retaining lip into the end of it and bash it in!

Looks like corrosion on those is pretty common. Don't think I'll replace the hose on mine unless it really needs it
