200sx Intercooler Kit

Intercooler:

High quility performance intercooler. Capable of applications from 50-800HP and 5-80PSI.

Pressure tested for leakages at 170+ PSI.

Nice polished aluminium intercooler.

Core size 600x300x75.

Intercooler suitable for street and drag.

Low pressure drop 0.2 psi @ 15 psi.

Used on many cars in Australia, inculding sr20det with over 250kws at the wheels and supra with over 380kws at the wheels.

16 rows, hibrid used to use this intercooler but to be economically competitive they have changed there kits to a cheaper 15 row design, less rows equals less cooling.

Piping:

Specially designed and professionally CNC Mandrel bent Aluminium pipes for nissan 200sx (s14-s15).

Light weight and does not get heat soaked like cheaper steel pipes. Hibrid uses steel for cost reasons.

Pipes are whole, not welded together, looks nicer than custom pipes.

Provisions for the blow off valve and vacuum lines.

Clamps and Hoses:

High quility bolt clamps, not super cheap clamps.

Multilayer silicon hoses, not rubber hoses.

the trottle on the 180sx and the s13 is lower, so you need to get that one pipe modified.
