Glitter Paint

I wanted to get mah car sprayed over in that glitter stuff, but i dont know where to go or what to ask for

and feel stupid saying "you know, that glitter stuff" lol

any help? and what kinda $$ you think i'd be looking at?

Anywho, just ask for either glitter or 'flakes'

any spray shop should do it but look around and find somewhere that looks and sounds ok and see some of their work.

Probably looking at a few g's though?

if you're just throwing glitter on top i can't imagine it costing too much but i really couldn't say.

My suggestion would be save up and do both colour change and glitter! (but that'lll cost more again so....lol)

you could always talk to House of Kolor about getting flakes sprayed onto your current paint...

I can get glitter in little tubes for $1.50 each, if we pay cash maybe abit cheaper.

Spray adhesive I think is about $7.00 per can. Now if we get about 10 orders we can get them for maybe $5.00 each.

All we need now is a Spray Booth or someone's garage :ghost:

yes its called prizmatek and I have seen it on a black honda civic Spew how ugly. Personally i think it looks like shit and it should stay off anything other than skiboats and hotrods.

Just my 2 cents!!!!

Also I think that either way be it a re-spray or a prizmatek job If its done right and a decent quality job u would be hard pressed to get either done for anything under about $4000 just a guess from my own experiances with colour changes and re-sprays.

Blitz can also probably shed some light on this to as he has recently had a very nice respray done.
