hks cam gears . the same ?

just wondering if anyone knows if cam gears for all the rb motors are the same ..

so if i buy some that came off a rb26 they will fit a rb20 as well ??

yes same..same for rb20det, rb25det and rb26dett..

i thought the rb20, rb26 and rb25 exhaust gears were the same, but the rb25 inlet gear had a different key hole in it coz of the vvt setup.

ahhh.. yeah, i think you are right. I was referring more to the exhaust gears.. inlet gear will fit I am pretty sure but you'll lose VVT. If its for an RB20DET it doesn't matter (no VVT anyhow)
