i live in brisbane and stuck on finding a seller that will sell me a decent 180sx, silivia or skyline(r33,r32) for a budget on 12G at the most.

Forget an R33 for a budget of $12000, unless its auto non turbo and has had major accident history. The only way you will get a decent S13 or R32 for $12000 is if you import one yourself. Buying one which has already been in the country and is selling for the $12000 or below mark, would make me be very wary! Remember, you get what you pay for and for that price I wouldn't expect too much.

buy a 15 year old car, either R32 or 180sx, easily under 10k budget...
