Does the plastic piece which surrounds the instrument cluster include the lower part which includes the 'pop-out' blanks also??? if it's the whole bit i'm very interested. Please let me know.

nah the instrument surround is just the top part, but has got the spoiler adjuster on it.

justin you already offered me $175, but your mechanic told you not to bother, whats changed?

Andy, the price son, the price has changed. For $100 I will take it, and then leave it in my garage until I decide whether or not I want to risk putting it on or not.
