Screaming Turbo ?????????

ok i wanted to know when i drive my skyline yeh that my skylines sounds totally different to other skylines...i always hear the turbo spooling up and sounds likes its screamming all the way down the street...

wen i hear other skylines they always sound so much differnt even if the got a full exhaust.

ok ma car is stock as a rock

could my turbo be hi-flowed and i dont know about it cause i bought the car of this guy who dont know jack about cars....who just imported the car 6 months before i purchased it of him

except for the cat back.....but i hear other cat back cars still dont sound the same

also how do i tell if i have a dump pipe from the cat to the turbo...i see a pipe going straight to the turbo..but why ppl taking one look under the car and go u need a dump pipe how do i tell the difference ????/

im still learning everything i could about skylines

is there any pipe coming off the back of the turbo that heads down towards the cat then just stops and vents to atmosphere?
