Clutch Help

Guys need some help,

The thrust bearing in my r33 gts-t has gone as its making that whirling noise. After reading some threads everyone recones to change your clutch/flywheel at the same time. I already have a button type clutch but are unsure what brand or how good, is there a way I can tell? I was looking at getting a second hand OS Giken clutch from this site upimports ? Can you tell from the pics the condition of the clutchs on that site. I was looking at getting a OS Giken Twin Plate clutch. From the pics do they come with a lightened flywheel? Also my clutch has broken the clutch or pedal box twice and has had to be welded up, I dont know how or why that has happened.
