cruise control and new steering wheels...?

so if you have your cruise control switches on your original steering wheel, is there a way to keep that function if you change steering wheels for an aftermarket job?

I'm sure some of you have come across this dilemma before.

I would suggest removing the buttons from the wheel and perhaps installing them into the dash. Theres typically a few blank spots where other options might be installed so you could whack the buttons in there.

on my cef i have a small momo steering wheel with the cruise control features sitting next to the horn. so i have the center piece (horn) then a small button to the left one to the right and then one at the bottom. does that make sense?
