He bought an absolutely immaculate (3,500km legit) Aussie Spec GT-R and payed what it was worth at the time (a lot). But the trickle that turned into a flood of import BNR32's took the sheen off his car's value (even though it would have been 100 times better than most imports) so come residual time he got bent over and stretched out.

I have driven both the RX8 and 350z.

350z

I wasn't really impressed with the styling nor the lack of boot space. Oh and the Blind Spot when changing lanes and reverse parking. On the other hand I did like the European feel such as the windows going up after you shut the doors (like the BMWs) and the heated seats. It handled very well and was much better after 100km/hr.

RX8

Coming from a S6 RX7 I was still very impressed with the smoothness of the RX8. The Styling and Quality of the Interior was great for a Jap car. There was only 1 down fall. It was gutless. I know it is NA but still ...

I had an RX8 on deposit but changed my mind for a R33 GTR.

test drive a 350z track version a while ago.

pretty impress, good handling and nice power down low.

The gear box is pretty good and i think the car looks VERY sexy, at least it turn a lot more head then my skyline and s15 when i test drive it :D

very stable at high speed and not much engine vibration, i only discover i am on 130/140 when the shift light is flashing in 3 gear.

Power delivery is too linar - engine is from a 7 seater

doesn't come agressive enough to define it as a true sport car IMO

ride quality is okay, but tyre noise is a bit heavy.

cheap plastic interior, i rekon they should at least use some flake leather like skyline.

but for the price, i think they are doing pretty good
