At 100K it is time to replace the timing belt and it is good practise to replace the waterpump at the same time. you only need replace the fuel pump if it's failing. If oil pressure is low it is more likely main and big end bearings rather than the oil pump

yeah the first thing i did was the timing belt

how do u tell if the fuel pump is on its way out

i sometimes get flat spots, feels like some kind of restriction, don't know if it has anything to do with my fuel pump, when i accelerate hard. Now i try to keep the fuel level up so the pump doesn't have to work too hard.

So there no good places?
