removing R32 spoiler

just wondering how i remove a boot spoiler from a R32 GTS-t, how many bolts r there, and where r they,

if anyone has any pics it would be helpful

3 screws left right center

and 2 plugs for wiring also center

no pics, 2 bolts on either side u can see them fron the underside of the boot lid. undo these bolts and yank away. watch out for the wire that is connected for your brake light.

then alot of polish to make look as if nothing was there. Im using rubber bungs for the holes so it keeps the wet out and they work well until i have time to get it resprayed.

Yeah, don't do as my brother suggested and remove the bonding gummy shit with tea tree oil or metho cause it frrrked the paint.

You need to pull EFFEENN hard to get it off aswell!

try some fishing line in between the spoiler and the bootlid to "cut" the gummy shit, makes it a bit easier

wish my hubby had read this before ripping the spoiler off my 32 he ended up moving the boot on its hinges ( typical man no patience )

What's a good solvent that will remove that bonding sealant, but will not hurt the paint?

try NON-ACETONE nail polish remover, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure you buy the non-acetone stuff as the regular stuff will take paint off.

I had some tree sap or glue or something on my roof and NOTHING would get it off. A bit of warm soapy water then a bit of the nail polish remover on some cotton and the shit wiped straight off.
