They are only height adjustable as far as i know.

Unsure of KM's as they were bought with car.

what TYPE are they? HA HR FLEX?

HA are height and damper adjustable, the damper adjust has a little cap(like bike valve caps) that turn, fronts usually have black rubber caps over the top. if its just thread then most likely HR.
