Hi Guys/Gals,

If your in need of serious stopping power, and can't afford a set of Brembo brakes, then look no further. Hawk racing pads will just about snap your neck with there braking power, and you don't even need to upgrade you calipers or rotors. Great for street use, motorkhana's, or even track racing.

I've been able to secure and offer from SRE (Serle Race Equipment) to provide these Race pads at a major discount if we buy 6 or more sets of front pads.

Normal reatail price on these pads is $400, but if we buy them as a group then we can get them for $275 for a set.

If you have the $$ and are interested then either respond here or PM me, once we have enough interest, then you'll need to transfer the money into the SAUWA account before we make the purchase.

If you have any questions then contact me.

Cheers

Paul

i hope thats checking and not stealing paul :)

They are the most effective when you get some heat into them like any track pads ... and very easy to lock up as you can see from my front ender. N they are good little rotor munchers  But very nice brakes!

My standard brakes are starting to squeal a little bit now... yes I am still running standard pads... i should have upgraded a while ago but haven't gotten round to it....

When will this group buy be happening? I may be interested.. just to confirm its $275 for all 4... are they heaps better than the standard pads?

Niz can you please explain "rotor munchers" ie will this happen in everyday driving or just when stopping from 200 km/h to 0 in 1 sec.....

$275 for two

haha nah they are effective but i was told when i bought mine to be prepared to chomp thru rotors .... and my rotors were up for renewal before the pads .... now they just make an awful grinding sound when i brake. But thats cos of my rotors are rooted

rotors are rooted ... r ... r ... r skip to my lou my darling. :)

2 pair = 4 pads :)

If you dont want rotor munchers, i got some Ferrodo 2500's from perth brake parts for 225 on my 32 and fading is non existent, even on a good track day being out there for 45mins or so.

If you get too good a pad it isnt going to work effectively on the street as your not braking all the time to get the heat into them. I use to have some Pagid's in my car before the Feroddo's and this was the case most of the time.

Remember to keep your fluid fresh too.

Shaun

$275 for 4 pads, which will do your front brakes. Niz's rotor's were already rooted, so I don't think they go through rotors any faster than other decent pads. They stop good cold, and brilliant with a bit of warm in them. I'd recommend a complete brake fluid flush at the same time, and replace with Dot 4 brake fluid.
