hey guys, ive got an rb25det with a gt 35 with an a/r of .82 , nismo 740cc injectors and a gtr pump which will be replaces with a bosch 040 pump, and a power fc. now what i was wanting to know, what is the safest boost level i can run with my stock internals. i will later on be doing the internals so i wouldnt mind knowing what boost levels i can run with that. what sorta power do you think i can expect with my package?

If you haven't already got broken ring-lands then you soon will. I wouldn't run more than 17-18psi, which should net you around the high 300's to low 400's.

I'd love to see a graph once it's done, cause I'm trying to decide whether to upgrade from my GT30 to a GT35.

Depends how far you want to push it. My target is 500rwhp, so I have a set or ARIAS pistons and prepped GTR rods. Any further than that and I'd go for Eagle or ARGO rods aswell.

16psi should keep it safe enough until you decide to do the internals. Good luck.

Ive been running my internal stock RB25 with GT3040 at daily driver 1 bar and occasional fang 1.4 bar and the internals seem to be still healthy.

Long as you dont drive like a mad man and get the fluids and filters done regularly you shouldnt have a problem with the engine living at around 250rwkw mark.
