Hi Cam, What's advantage?

Saw a set of Hi Cam in HKS website, for intake and exhause; can anyone explain how they work? why the intake and exhause has different degree? i.e. in 256, ex 264

The degrees are duration, ie, how long the vavle stays open. The lift is how high the cam lifts and opens.

There will now double be a lot of debate about whats best, for huge turbos long durations and high lift will be best but for more moderate setups a longer duration and a higher lift but not insane makes the setup more responsive and may mean you dont need to remove metal from the head to fit them in and even maybe use standard springs. (better spings with better cams can usually mean higher rpm).
