This is not a picture of my engine, not that it really matters... is the highlighted bit a factory bov?

My engine has this piece of plumbing with a blitz bov installed, however to get the car complied through the authorities i have to remove the bov, so i purchased a replacement piece of plumbing from a wrecker but the highlighted bit isn't on the piece i have from the wrecker.... what gives

any help appreciated

My dad and I have installed two standard rb20's in different cars and none had blow-off valves like that. Not a very clear picture but definatly not the factory set-up.

Its all good, from what i can ascertain, early R32s have that little branch installed, whereas later model ones make do without. I have seen 3 x 92 models and none have that spigot/branch... so no prob running without it, though id be inclined to put a std bov back on the crossover pipe near the throttle body
