anyone go to zest kingsway?

haha yeah, he looks pretty scarey with that hair cut. which sister do you know? he's got 2!

i actually used to go to mirabooka zest but had to quit at the start if of the year. had to finish renovating the house before the wedding, so i was there every day after work and every weekend, and thus didnt have time to go to the gym.

we only started again last week, and as you can imagine Simons working me over big time.....

im sore as hell but its worth it!!

HAHA! nah he has bleached the mohawk, kinda like spike from that old classic Gremlins. He is a big boy though presses 140kg quite comfortably
