I'd say $17-18-ish depending on the actualy quality rather than the year/km's.

id say ~$17,000... not highly modified, possibly wound back (most are)

you should compare with examples from prestiege motorsport and maybe add 1-2k... find one that has been sold already recently matching your specs and compare... have you considerd importing one through an importer/broker?
