Woah.. ok I got my Inbox flooded with messages, so Im trying to sort through them.

I forgot to mention I was located on the Gold Coast ( I will edit the main post in a sec)

To answer your questions..

The Reinforcment bar IS the bar that sits behind the front bumper .. these apparently sell for anywhere between $50 - 80

The indicator and surround DOES include the hicas sensor as far as im aware
