I have a cefiro passenger seat with rail you can have for free, just pay for the postage. Not sure that will help you but thought i would offer.

How do the S13 seats fit without mod then? I put a passenger seat in and the rear outter bolt didnt line up at all! It was about an inch off. And im the second person to say this?

If R32-33 seat rails are supposed to fit A31, then S13 seat rails WONT fit a31. One of the bolts doesn't line up. Many s13 owners have found this out the hard way when trying to fit r32-33 seats in their S13

S13 seats did not fit straight into my A31. I have S13 seats in my A31 atm and had to modify the rear right hand bolt hole (the flat one).

yeah said he had to do something similar to fit gtr seats in his 180...
