Need Help!

I have an R33 GTST and i'm having a problem with something at the moment! If I wind My boost up to anywhere past 10 pound (got my front mount) and i get up to around 4500 revs it all of the sudden feels like i've just hit rev limiter, i loose power, n i have a series of backfires thru the muffler. would this be a problem with the computer, air fule ratio sensor, or something else i haven't been able to think of?

If you have had this problem cause i hear it's quite common can u please get back to me n let me know what you did to fix the problem and how much did it kinda cost you.

Even with this problem i still ran a 13.3 st eastern creek a few weeks ago so i'm happy but i really need to get this problem fix.
