Turbo advice please!

Hey guys i need some advice. Ive got the turbo off my old engine, its a T3/T4 hi flow, thats what the owner of the car told me it was.

What i wanna know is where in Melb. can take it to get it checked out. I wanna sell it but im unsure of the specs of it.

Any1 kno how much it costs also?

Any help would be great. Im located in the west, but willing to travel

Thanks L3thal, but i only need 2 have her checked out, as in get sum1 to find out the specs for me, so i know what im selling.
