auto electrical?

the day before autosalon my other skyline r31 (rb20 converted etc..) had a mishap, totally screwing up our plans of how to get in a nd out of MAS cause our cars were on show of course!!!

anyways..story is, the car was being a b*tch all the way home thurs night, even staled at one stage when reved down to stop at lights, and was TRYING to start like it was REALLY cold etc..

got home, let sit for a hour or so, tryed to start her up for something, anyway, didnt crank the first time so tryed again and DAMN!!!! smoke was pouring out from under the dash(pedal area)like it was comming from a professional smoke machine into the cabin(burning plastic smell it was)....it eventually stopped after a while once i took the keys out and backed the f**k up lol

any ideas what it could be and expensive or not......therefore me thinking it is electrical cause of the smell....any ideas ofa place out WEST i in melton

I have always taken my cars (current and old) here for any electrical work... it's out west but still quite far from melton...
