Guys,

I have heard that you can increase the capacity of an RB20 to 2.3 using an RB25 crank and rods. Does anyone know if you can use an RB30 crank easily? Just looking for something a bit different. How about using an RB25 crank with different rods?

Anyone know where I can find all the specs for RB series engines, I can find info on bore & stroke but I am after some stuff on cranks and rods too

Thanks

You can safely use RB26 rods and crank (cant remember if u have to modify the block) which strokes it out to a 2.4 ltr. I was thinking of doing this conversion, but i have decided to just buy a GTR instead. Because there is no point in stroking the 20 unless u have a hugr turbo (GT30 or bigger) hten u need cams, injectors, fuel pump, ect ect. till u actually decide a GTR is better anyway.

So my car is for sale.
