Depends.

Depends on the car, the mods, the computer....

If you have a stock car, with standard computer, then you won't gain much from it.

(exept for a lighter pocket)

However, if you've done mods to the car, and think that the car is lacking power, then putting it on the dyno might show where things are going wrong.

I've never heard anyone say that "it's crap and not worth the money" :)
