i just pulled out ma front dash recently and i tried to spray it white with vinal/interior paint but all i get is the white paint reacting with the dash and all the white paint peels and bubbles and takes of the black layering on the dash it likes the paint wont stick to the dash i have no idea why this happens

i used grease and wax remover already to clean the dash ???

any reasons why this is happening ?

oh yeh i was thinking of using thinner to strip the paint should i do this or not ?

dont u need some sorta undercoat first, before you paint on top of it? *shrugs*

you need to get the black plastic layering off 1st, then use 2pac paint to paint the dash.
