BUMP - this thread is important for everyone who's going to Sandown on the 24th.

At the very least EVERYONE should have their brake fluid bled and replaced with a good performing fluid. Don't rely on your stock/unkown brake fluid as Sandown is quite hard on the brakes. Front pads are engaged more so than the rears, so at least put some decent pads on the front - these are your insulators - It doesnt matter how good your brake fluid is, if you've got cheap shit pads you will still experience brake fade. Remember to bed them in for at least 100km normal driving too. Dont just get new pads and head straight to the track because you'll be very sorry.

The last thing I'd want to see is someone hit the wall because they ran out of brakes!! No point going as fast as you can if you can't also stop when you need to.
