IMPUL R33 4 Door (silver) - Whos Issit?

I was just walking thru the carpark at work today and I noticed a Silver R33 4 Door with different tail lights. Upon closer inspection I noticed it was an IMPUL special release, and it also had a Carbon Fibre Bonnet. The car also had a SkylinesAustralia sticker on the front window. Does anyone know the owner of this car? Just curious as its only the 3rd import Ive found at my work Id be interested in saying gday and perhaps a late night slide around some backroads once my Cefiro is complied & rego'd
