faster boost

seems i have a t3 hks turbo attached to my rb20det with an external wastegate, greddy boost controller and hks blow off valve, i also have 2 additional injectors attached that are controlled by a greddy rebic ii computer but that isnt working atm (damn allarm installers are hacks)

also got a 3" exhaust turbo back

anyhow it takes a very lone time for boost to come on, usually dont fell the kick till 4500rpm. you guys got any suggestions on how to make it come on sooner?

Only way I can think of if not already done is to adjust the boost controller as to minimize wastegate creep....

Apart from that I think your turb will not physically spool any earlier. I could be wrong and Im sure someone will correct me..

get an aftermarket computer. like a powerfc.

I think the greedy controler has a dial that has ''sharp to soft'' turn it fully to sharp will bring on boost quicker but it might spike above your boost set level when it come on. work your way back to soft until that stop's happening if it happens.

Or if you have a bit more money, have a look at how the manifold and dump is set up, maybe redo it so it works better.

Also the wrong spring might be in the wastegate, prob less likely that one, but I've heard of it once or twice before.

Maybe a boost leak, or even vacum leak?
