R34 GTt Xenon headlight

Hi all,

Could anyone tell me where I could get the Xenon bulb/tube replace in Melb as mine just blown a couple of days ago.

What rating are they and approx how much if anyone know of this info. Now running with one eye blinded.

bump, havent had to buy any myself but the cheapest price I have heard is around $250, have heard quotes from others up to $700 retail pre globe! One guy Assassin on here I think got one for $330 trade price. You could try contactin phillips maybe or just wait until ylwgtr finds this post - I think he knows where you can get em and at a good price

Hrmmm very interested to know.

I would call around a few local compliance places because they have to remove the Xenon bulbs when they comply R34s and might have a few spares laying around cheap.

But legally they are not allowed to sell them, they are supposed to be destroyed.

Might sound like a silly question, but are you sure they are Xenon? As most are converted to Halogen as part of the complicancing process but keep the standard assembly.
