Conversion Kit from Push to Pull Type

Hey Guys,

I'm in process of sellling my clutch because it's a push type instead of pull type.

Anyone got any idea where to buy good conversion kit with a reasonable price in Australia?

I don't really want to play with my gearbox so I prefer a kit that just convert push to pull type clutch.

Get the OS Gherkin conversion kit, Otomoto sell them locally - www.otomoto.com.au or order it in through Greenline/Nengun/your friendly local Japanese parts pimp.

So, are you sure it's ok for ORC clutch?

r34 is pull standard.and u buy kit to convert to push ie. so cheap clutch kits.so if you want to make it pull fit a standard 34 clutch kit, fork etc.

I was under the impression the pull was superior as you don't break forks with big clutches. Especially under race conditions.

...geez this confuses me. Dunno this difs between 34 & 33's, but with our GTR, when we replace the clutch (which I think was a PUSH Type) Ogura Twin Plate, and the 33 are PULL type, we bought the PUSH Type conversion direct from Nissan about $300. Apparantly a 32 box is PUSH, so that could have also been an alternative.

Its not to hard to use old R33 GTS parts to convert your car Erik.

i fitted the twin plateos giken clutch tscd out of hpi-34t.works a treat.the kit comes with conversion to push.

Oh really? So the you must pay extra to get the conversion kit right?

Yes extra. Y do you want push type?. My clutch slipped standard with 9000kms on clock that was my reason for change. if its not broke dont fix it?. Pull type aftermarket are extremely expensive, thats only reason i can see for change.

Lol, that's pretty low kms.

I'm guessing nismo make a pull type clutch for the same price as ORC but yeah , We'll see how my ORC goes
