clutch problem

Hi guys,

I got a R33 GTS-T, I just replaced a new clutch. However, the car just stalled itself sometimes when i step on the clutch. It only happened once after I replaced the clutch which is 2 months ago however recently it happens alot specially when i was slowing down and about to change to 2nd gear. Has anyone experienced this problem before or know whether its the clutch?

This may be the old fuel pump problem raising it's head. When you're slowing down, the fuel pump switches down to half duty cycle, so it drops fuel and hence starves the engine a bit. Some engines are fine, some bomb out. Just do a search, or looking through the Guides and Articles to find more info on it.

Or just buy a uprated fuel pump and be done with it.
