Got the new car and have some ques?

Ok picked up the car on Firday. The car has been a project for the previous owner and is unfinished. So far the body work is complete (very good custom paint job), interior all done (nice white leather install) and some mechanicals done. The car was originally an auto non-turbo R33. It now has a RB25DET and 5 speed box installed. Only other mods are nismo exhaust and bigger injectors and fuel pump (it runs way too rich).

First a couple of questions?

Will the diff (still original) need to be replaced because of the gearbox change?

How hard is it to have the speedo recalibrated (reads about 1/2 the right speed)?

Are there any other issues I should be aware of after a full swap like this?

It is booked in tomorrow to get looked at and I am going to have the following items added:

Power FC (should fix prblem with stock ecu and bigger injectors)

Dump pipe to exhaust

FMIC

Will eventually add a boost controller and start to tidy up the engine bay so it looks as nice as the rest of the car. Thanks in advance guys!
