Hey guys , just keeping this in the vic part because im sure theres an easy answer . Fitting 2 defi guages ( with controller) on the weekend and just want to know where you can feed the wiring through the firewall? , i had a quik squizz but nothing jumped out at me so i thought id post up to make it easier . Also with the defi's , one is an oil pressure guage so it has a fitting/sender to screw into the oil pump , im guessing the original sender is located their and just want to know if the fitting supplied will screw into the existing sender or an adapter is required.

thanks adam

well if it's anything like an r33(or sils.180's etc) there are a couple hoels. One is a big rubber grommet that sits just above the air con pipes, above the dump pipe area. It's for a loom and it comes out right above the passenger foot rest..shouldn't be too ahrd to spot

I have routed all of my wirings through the drivers side - just "above right" of the accelerator - its not easy to run wires through but is the best for what I needed:

A. Direct route to battery - for amp wire

B. Direct route to vacuum hose - for boost gauge

C. Direct route for security stuff

D. Easiest route for A/F Ratio gauge

The wires end up coming out near the original manufacturers plate in the engine bay, green / blue one.

No gromets at either end but you may need to create the initial hole at the drivers / footwell end!
