To those of you with aftermarket front bars (particularly S1 R33).

I have an aftermarket S1 front bar sitting in my lounge room, and there are a few things I need to work out before I fit it.

For instance, it doesn't have indicators. Other then spending ~$300.00 on Nismo indicator covers, what have you all done in this respect? Picutres of your efforts would be appreciated.

Also, how difficult is it to mount the standard indicators into aftermarket covers? Are the standard S1 covers worth much second hand?

hey mate, what sort of front bar is it

i have a trust bar, and simply used clear trailer indicators and fitted them to the mesh and put a nut behind the bar to hold it in place, heres a pic, pretty cheap cost me $6 pair from super cheap auto

I'm not going to have any mesh, but I like the sound of $6.00 covers. I don't suppose you have any closer photos?

How hard is it to wire the standard indicators into aftermarket casings/covers?

if u can find small jaguar ones at any wreckers ... they are pretty cheap as my cousin had them ... hard to find but they beat any super cheap ones

which bar have you got P1E?? would be easier to suggest if we can yours!

i also did the same as 2BNVS - but $4 from Big W

just have to colour the bulb with orange paint from a hobby shop -- look fine to me
