What companies out there that does it for a reasonable price? I know the biggies like TNT, Toll/Finemores do it but there's gotta be the smaller and cheaper guys?

i used Autotrans to bring my gtr33 from adelaide to perth, was the cheapest

i think it was 700 buks .. cant remember, but they r pretty good

Try SMB (Sydney Melbourne Brisbane) Transport, I've used them on a few occasions. And also rail is another option.

fly down and drive it back?.. best way to make sure its properly taken care of.. you can buy there.. drive back.. de-register the melb plates in sydney and register new plates there

i've received a few quotes for this around about the $1100 mark - i would consider flying n driving buuuuuuuutttttttttttt i don't think it's worth it for such a long distance
