I'm kind of lost for ideas on what I should put on my GTR.

Currently its got 17s, want to try putting 18" volk rays on because I have 3 of these in Australia (fromj my old car). Really like the NISMO version which is black.

Otherwise, I don't really know what looks good on an R32.

If I may (but please slap me down a put me in my place if need be) give my honest opinion, Work Emotion CR Kai look very good on R32's in gunmetal. 18x8 front, 18x9 rear would look excellent.

I got LM-GT4's in mine 17x9.5 white ones, we have this one guy here has BBS gold on his R33, with a wide body, i think its 275/35/18's on the front and 335/35/18's on the back. it looks real nice. ill have some photo up soon enough.

Thanks for that.

I've got the SSR Competition Type C.

Would like to see the pictures.

Hey that looks really nice. How much do they cost?

Right, click on this link Fuji Corporation and they've got Work Emotion CR Cai 18x9.5 with tires front and rear for R32 GT-R for 140,000 yen... Fuji Corporation have some pretty good deals on new wheels and tires.

Otherwise, if you really like my wheels (Desmond Regamaster) you could go for these:

158,000 yen with 265/35/18 tires at www.hokuei-inc.co.jp

BBS use to be the popular choice, then TE37 and now LMs...Marquis Promodo (spelling) Justin's wheels were popular if you look back on the magazine back in the mid 1990s though most of you were still in primary :)...and they still are as he has pointed out.

A set of CE28 also look nice...in champion silver.

Troy, I found out what Marqui Promoda is... it's a sub-line of wheels made by Desmond (Desmond being the parent company). Now I understand what you were going on about before when you couldn't remember the company name.

Er... just a newbie question what are the LMs and how are they different to the LE37 and TE37s?

LM's are made by Rays under commission from Nismo

I reckon they're a 5-spoke of the TE37's

    • Hey everyone!!  I've noticed that whenever I do my oil changes, after putting 4L in, the oil level sits at the top mark in the dipstick. This is after letting the old oil drain for a very long time too! I've checked the oil level daily for the past few mornings. It happens every time and it's confusing because all the threads say that it should take about 4.7L (With some just adding the full 5L) My next thought is to figure out if the dipstick I have is correct so could someone please tell me the length of the RB25DET engine oil dipstick?  I've checked images of some of the genuine dipsticks, but none of them have the length in it. https://justjap.com/products/genuine-nissan-engine-oil-level-dipstick-fits-nissan-r34-skyline-c34-stagea-c35-laurel-y34-cedric-gloria-rb25de-t-neo?currency=AUD&srsltid=AfmBOortQXofgmiHVRKuIaiKuygL4k0Ewp68c3isGZk0vvKOJ7Yqf3iB However.... the engraving on the genuine ones say 05002 while mine says AA000. This makes me believe that maybe I have a wrong dipstick? I just want to confirm before I buy a new one. The car is a fresh import from Japan so I don't have details of the previous owner to ask him. Thanks in advance 🙏🏾
    • Sport. I didn’t rebleed it cause I just removed the slave and left connected.    I will change line and slave and see how it goes.
    • Oh and how is the rattle when foot is on the clutch ?
    • Did you get the sport or track ? From what the documentation says the uniclutch has a small amount of movement to disengage.  So your story of tricky pedal setup seems common.    Hopefully you got it bled up too, as the bite point moving around is usually either plates wearing in or air in the line.
