top or side feed ?

Hi

I bought these injectors thinking they were sidefeed for my rb25

upon getting them, the feed appears to be from the top ...

am confused now ...

they were from an S14 ...

anyone shed any light ?

They should be sidefeed as the filter is on the side and not on the top. SR20's were sidefeed from memory. RB20's n RB26's are top feed. 1Jz, 2Jz, and 3s all can use the same injectors as a R33 RB25DET.

This is a picture of the three types of RB injectors. The one on the left is the R34 GTT top feed injector style, the one in the middle is the R33 GTST side feed injector style and the one on the right is the RB20/26 top feed injector style.

ahh, it does !!!

thanks for that ... these ones i got do look similar to the middle ones ... now to get them cleaned and flowtested !
