Help on an electrical issue

Well, attempted to blow the horn today (first time in this car) and nothing happened except battery light on dash is now illuminated and battery voltage is reading close to +16v when driving. Have checked all the fuses I can find and horns are wired up. Any suggestions? Other than take it to an auto electrician. I will do that tomorrow.

i think that may be wishful thinking. Try your local auto electrician, can probably order one in for you.
