b*****d - you cant see other peoples boxes because the reason for them are to tell you wether YOU've been naughty, and i think if you have been warned they give u a reason etc... on some forums they give you rep points for doing good things, but i dont know if they do that on these forums.

well it actually took me more like an 45minutes to an hour due to me being very slow and having never done it before. I reckon if i had to do it again i would have it down to about 30 -40 minutes

the hardest part is taking the coils out, i found that by taking the 3 main blots for the hole rail and taking 3 coils at a time is the best.

yea shaun i took out the main bolts like you had said and just lifted the coils straight out made it alot easier i was just amazed to see the quality of them a few that have been posted online look like shit but then again half you guys dont have the black centre cap on so god knows what gets down into your spark plug wells
