Helga only cost 5k and I only borrowed 2k - so was an easy repayment :3 !

However, Rosie was 12k and had to pay that off in 6 months. (Mighty fast repayments - however, it's through Dad which is interest free. So no complaints).

If you're fine with it - I would really like to see your R34's power some time (Maybe when you're heading over to Rob's one weekend). Kind of wanting to see what power I'll be dealing with if I go through with it. I'll even take the back seat if need be haha

In short:

Personally I think they look good, they do very little, if anything (at least the ones we buy - and at our power levels)

good quality engine and gearbox mounts is where it's at

having said that I'm likely to put one for the wank factor or as I like to think the good looks.

Folks who don't know better will like them when they look in the engine bay

arse wipe rev heads will ask WTF coz they know everything. Especially if it's not the "right brand" with real heavy pressure in the damper

If no track time/not massive torque then sploosh factor. I just bought nismo ones as i tore 1 of mine at a track day two weeks ago.
