Awesome Turbo For Sale Cheapest Bang For Buck Value Guaranteed!!

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

have spoken to Troy (Skyzer about this thread) and seeing as though my car is to represent SAU in the auto salon and this will help us look a bit better in auto salon havin another big HP car i have had the all clear to post this for sale in the WA section... now to get on with things....

Well temptation has become the better of me and I have 4 days to upgrade to a BIG turbo which is what I am doing (guys you should know me by now i always upgrade things before a show only a few days before hand!)....

In order for me to get my BIG new turbo and wastgate *won't let out too many secrets* i must sell my *new*old turbo. GUys my old turbo is going under rebuild, machining & balancing through turbotech. It will be like practically buying a new turbo and will come with warranty. It is high flowed but unlike any other.... I HAVE THE BIGGEST INTERNALS FOR A HIGH FLOW! YUMMY! Sierra internals.we made 341rwhp on dyno dynamics dyno....big HP low lag... however as the search for more HP continues so does the money!

Worth $1300 but i will be selling it for $900!!! quick money quick sale for new turbo in 4 days!

for all you standard turbo people who may be interested.. sell in the for sale section your old turbo for $400 as i have seen these go for many times.... pay $500 difference for an extra 50Kilowatts...... you do the math.... $500 for 50KW......cheapest bang for buck i have heard of.

I don't want to post this nationally as once again i have 4 days....

Pls PM those who are interested....

Hi flowing normally costs around $1200 - $1400.... depends how much ya want to hi flow eg size of the wheel, i paid a bit more coz i wanted max hp from that puppy!....but safely say $1300..... it's a nice mod and works for me....still low lag but nice gain in HP at a very cheap price!

Hi guys,

thanks to overwhelming repsonse to the turbo it may be safe to close this thread for now. I have about 4 buyers at same time, i know i hsouldn't close antying until i get $$$ but don't want anyone to do anything drastic to get the turbo ie sell their cat/dog/goldfish/mum/sister.. although a trade can be organised! ahaahah!!

    • Nah no bearings, just slip fit.  Would be a reasonably challenging but not impossible job to modify it to run bearings but I'm hoping that's not necessary as I may have well built one myself if I end up spending hours modifying it!
    • Brumbys with good shells are bloody expensive, I've looked at 2 "cheaper" cars, and walked away from both,  plus after some research spare parts are fairly sparce I'm starting to think that I missed the boat on finding a clean one that is straight (ish) and without alot rust I'm starting to think about a old Hilux as panels and other parts are much more available as they sold tens of thousands of them I use to be indecisive but now I'm not sure
    • A Brumby would probably fit a big metal toolbox in the back... this is how it begins
    • Picked up a new OEM boot seal for the MX5 today as the old one got ripped a bit by me being a idiot by seeing if I could fit a large metal tool box in it, it didn't fit, and ripped the seal with the corner of the tool box I am still waiting on time to get the cams and new balancer installed, as well as the repairs to the boot Time will not be an issue soon though
