Hello Everyone .. I am wondering if someone can advise/help me with this problem .. I have a in dash 6CD changer/radio/cassette .. taken out of a 200sx specR 2002 model Nissan .. minus the wiring harness. The person I bought the radio off said the harness could be purchased and or fabricated easily. So far I have tried 6 audio installers, Nissan Spare Parts, and a couple of wreckers trying to get to the point of installation .. the only information I have received is that .. 1. I NEED the harness for installation and color coding etc .. 2. That my best bet would be to get one from the wreckers .. so far I have not tried too many wreckers, believing that there would not be too many in the wreckers( I could be wrong on this point)

So .. what I need to know is .. does anyone out there HAVE one I could buy>?

and what other model Nissans maybe came out with the same wiring harness>? IF any ..

Thanks for reading and I would appreciate ANY advise ANYONE might be kind enough to give me ..

(IF all else fails, the option of shooting the guy who sold me the radio is not out of the question :headshot:

Try Nissan? Try a car parts store like Autobarn, or a car audio store (Strathfield)?

Failing that, you can pick up a replacement aftermarket harness from somwehere like EBay.

Another point of help is the Install Doctor (www.installdr.com). Has pictures of wiring harnesses used in common models and you might be able to find a similar one.

Thankyou raz0r$harp for your suggestions. Alas .. Nissan do not sell them. Autobarn either, although they are supposed to be a dealer for Aerpro, who DOES sell them, or at least there web site says they do, but I have been unable to get a reply from them, so I think they have re-located .. or something.!?

Ebay is where this started, I bought the radio off ebay ..

Never mind .. will keep looking, the install doc was a good suggestion, I will follow that up, thankyou for giving me their site URL.

Cheers .. Pam

send me a picture of the  units back end. nissan have two variants of plugs. I have both  on hand. the car description isnt enough.

Hello Cris, thankyou for taking the time to reply, much appreciated. I have sent off a mail to you with particulars and photo.
