Does anyone know the model number of the pump described below. I have called Bosch but they were no help. Thanks in advance.

This pump is a Bosch K-Jetronic pump which is capable of pumping efficiently at high fuel pressures and suits high boost , high flow applications. It has a built in strainer on the base of the pump and can usually be adapted to suit most in-tank applications. It is commonly called an Audi Motorsport pump by people in the trade. It has similar physical dimensions to the external Bosch motorsport pumps but is a little shorter.This unit is the In-Tank version of the Bosch 044 Motorsport Pump

"I recomend this pump as it flows 600+ hp and is around $200 cheaper then an 044 motorsport pump."

its not a bosch motorsport pump!!!!!!!!

Its an in-tank version of the 984, sorry paul i found out today, and a mate of mine has one at his house i will get a part number of it hopefully tomorrow!

      I definitely agree with you there - I never click on content for cars I would never ever be able to get or compete with/against/be seen next to. Seeing a MX5 compete with a FD RX7 will make people upset though, for sure. Even in 2.5L Turbo form which is pretty grass roots. (or at least as grass roots as classic cars can be) Yes we're all classic car owners now.

      People don't always want builds that are overly expensive, or have engineering/registration/insurance issues and head aches that come with them Whilst big dollar builds, and complicated stuff is interesting to watch, there is only a tiny % of people who would actually use this information, or have the spare finances to drop on said builds, whereas the buy a cheap(ish) cool car, and make it better, with a average budget, that the average Joe or Jane could achieve will always be a winner in my opinion

      Bit of a thread revival, you mentioned wanting a bit more top end before, do you regret not going with the 1.01?

      It's kind of interesting - They definitely do builds that split the difference between what they like and what will generate views and engagement. The NC Platform always surprises everyone in a good way, in an uncomfortably good way some may say. They could throw a LS in there and arguably have the best (and best performing) car of the entire stable. But that isn't necessarily what draws views, because people viewing don't want to accept the vegetables of a LS NC MX5 being a superior vehicle in every way (including fun) than a RB26 240Z. This is also why there's not a lot of content about the GR Yaris (on the web in general). They're too good, yet 'only a Yaris' The community doesn't want certain cars to be as good as they are - to beat their hero cars, and I believe the NC MX5 is absolutely one of those cars.
