RB20 Turbo V's RB25 Turbo

I have an RB20det and need to replace my turbo, I was thinking of placing an RB25det Turbo on mine, I know of small physical differences but what about performance with a 3" exhaust and intercooler, what sort of power will I get at the wheels and what sort of spool up characteristics will this turbo have on my engine??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
